RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY IS THE SAME FOR BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE PURCHASES

We have a 14-day return policy. The return time frame begins on the purchase date. Make sure to bring along your proof of purchase. The product should be unopened, unused and in original packing. All sheets and cradle covers should be unused and unwashed. Opened or used products but not limited to, oil, gel, cream, lotion will not be returned or refunded. There is no return on sales items Also final sale product will not be returned or refunded. Any product which was sold without packing including but not limited to sheets sets, sheets, blankets, bolsters, protective covers, cradle covers, stones will not be returned or refunded if it is washed or used. Any customized item will not be returned or refunded. Any advance money given by the customer for any product is nonrefundable.
All warranties are covered by the manufacturers of the products All shipping costs related to the warranty product is the responsibility of the customer. For warranties, proof of purchase is required.

Distributor will not be responsible for any manufacturing defect or warranty. Customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, repairs refunds or exchange.

Returns and exchange shipping will be paid by customer

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like skeleton or models, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Reruns and exchanges items shipping charges will be paid by customers.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
